General conditions

Ordering from the web shop

Games can be ordered from the web shop by selecting products and providing your details for delivery. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your order and the shipping details. Once payment has been received, the order will be shipped. Orders sent COD (rembourszendingen) will have a surcharge. For further information on the surcharge, please contact the shipper indicated on the confirmation form.

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, in any case within five working days of receipt of payment.

Returned goods

All orders may be returned within 10 days of receipt. The articles must be in their original packaging (sealed), thus unopened and undamaged. Please accompany any articles you are returning with a cover letter stating the order number and your bank details. The shipping costs for returning articles must be paid by the customer. Any shipping surcharges incurred will be deducted from the reimbursement. The reimbursement fee minus any shipping surcharges will be transferred to your bank account within 15 days of receipt of returned articles.

Shipping fees

Shipping to addresses in Europe costs € 5 per shipment (one or more products).

The shipping fee is calculated automatically and is given during ordering.

Shipping guarantee

We take the utmost care in handling your orders. Should there in any event be any damage due to shipping, please contact us via our contact form. Please state a telephone number where you can be reached.

Product guarantee

Should any part of one our products prove faulty due to production errors, we shall reimburse you for the part or parts.
To return parts with production errors, please follow this procedure:

1. Report and describe the problem using our contact form. Please also state in the contact form the address where replacement parts are to be delivered.
2. Send the faulty part(s) COD (onder rembours) to our mailing address.

The new parts will be shipped within two weeks.

This guarantee is valid until six months after purchase.

Privacy

Any contact details submitted shall solely be used to complete transactions entered upon by the customer with Raindropchess®.

Legal provisions

Raindropchess® adheres to all legal provisions regarding webshop entrepreneurs.
